No experience is necessary! At APEX MMA Windsor–Lakeshore, we welcome complete beginners as well as advanced martial artists. Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and MMA classes are designed to help you learn at your own pace in a safe, supportive environment.

We specialize in Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Bang Muay Thai Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), and kids martial arts classes in Windsor and Lakeshore.

We are proud to have the largest, cleanest, and most modern martial arts gym in Windsor and Lakeshore. Our mats and equipment are sanitized daily, and safety is always our top priority.

Regular Questions

We have two kids programs: Tiny Titans (ages 4–7) and Kids Program (ages 7–12). Each program is tailored to age-appropriate learning.

Not at all. Our kids martial arts programs in Windsor and Lakeshore teach discipline, respect, teamwork, and self-control. Children gain confidence and life skills while having fun in a positive, safe environment.

Parents are welcome to relax in our lounges or sit by the mats during class, but you’re not required to stay. Many families enjoy the community feel of our academy.

No! Our adult martial arts classes in Windsor and Lakeshore are beginner-friendly and a great way to improve fitness while learning real skills in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA.

For BJJ in Windsor, wear a t-shirt and shorts or athletic pants (we can provide a loaner gi). For Muay Thai Kickboxing classes, wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water.

Women are welcome in all programs, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and MMA. We offer a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for women of all skill levels.
